From the author --- Why this Story? This story about God's bride has been told many different ways. However, as I read the Bible through each year, I became impressed that this story needed to be told from what I see as God's point of view. Of course, it is impossible to depict God's point of view fully and correctly, but I have tried to by the grace of God to depict it honorably and respectfully so that he will receive the glory in all that he has done in his creation. If the story makes you want to check it out with God's word, I would be pleased if you would do that. If the story gives you more love and respect for God then that also would be a fulfillment of my intentions. This story is based on Scripture and is given to help understand that there is a thread of God's purpose throughout his Word and that is what I have seen and have tried to convey by writing this story. From Zion Pathways --- What the story is about! The Potter's Beloved is a novel based on Scripture and Charlotte's study of the Bible providing an overview of God's purpose for his creation. This story is about God getting a Bride/Mate or partner. Its purpose is to show that God had a goal and a purpose in creating visible things. He wants to be with us and among us. He wants us to enjoy him and what he has made and he wants to enjoy our fellowship on an adult level. The story is about what he has done to reach this goal. We of Zion Pathways do pray you will enjoy and be informed through this story.
